Use designated parking spaces and follow the parking rules provided.

Guest Policy:
Tenants are responsible for the actions of their guests.
Maintenance Requests:
Report any maintenance issues promptly to the management.
Common Areas:
Keep common areas clean and free of personal belongings.
Trash Disposal:
Dispose of trash in the designated bins and follow recycling guidelines.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly permitted by the lease agreement.
Security:
Ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the apartment.
Alterations:
Do not make any alterations to the apartment without written permission from the landlord.
Rent Payments:
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late payments will incur a fee.
